Humayun( 1508 --- 1556)

After Humayun deth on 27 jan 1556 his body was first buried in his place in purana quila at Delhi. Humayun son " Mughal Emperor Akabar "Akabar was visited the tomb when it was near to complited in 1571.This Tomb is dedicated to Humayun begam name Bega Begam also known as Haji Begam. The construction of this Tomb was complited in 1572 bye total cost 1.5 million Rs.
The Architect of Tomb of the persian architect,Mirak Mirza Ghyias.it is the first garden tomb in all India. The Humayun Tomb is the starting point of the mughal architect in India. The grand structure siturated in the center of garden complex. the garden is nearly charbagh layout.
